Hey everybody, my name’s Gavin and I’m responsible for the all the finances of Giglets. In tandem with this, I am also involved with sales, marketing, and the general running of the business. As the “level-headed” member of the business, I frequently calm down a great deal of tense situations that cause our MD’s blood pressure to reach boiling point. My job is to ensure that Giglets maintain financial stability in the current economic climate, and also to ensure all invoices are sent out to customers and our bills are paid.
Outside of Giglets, I am currently starting my third year at Glasgow Caledonian University studying Accountancy. Lectures started to get more interesting when I realised I could use the material I was learning to benefit Giglets. I also enjoy playing golf and I’m a keen follower of football and formula one. It is a four year honours degree, not too much work though, with only 10 hours of teaching time!

My experience that I have taken from Giglets is fantastic, not to mention the friends and contacts that come with it. Our various backgrounds, skills, and current university courses culminate to provide a team with a great deal of skills and we work together to utilise the full potential of these skills.
